Machined Steel Sheaves & Machined Steel Pulleys

Diamond Precision Products® manufactures its machined steel pulleys and machined steel sheaves using bar stock material. Steel sheaves standard sizes in single and double groove are available in diameters from 1.5-to-3.5 inches for O, A, B, and A/B groove styles. These pulleys are also available in a hub-less design for tight-fit applications.

Steel has a smooth cold finished surface giving it extraordinary machining capabilities and accuracy. Steel also offers innate ductility and finer surface quality.

Additional grade steel is available by request.
